Actually cells are fed by veins we could use a polymerization inhibitor to kill the cells in a specific area by closing of the veins that feed the cell/cells.
If we can retrieve small tissue samples and compare the mutated cells with the normal cells,by finding one specific difference the mutated cell has we could develop a cure that could target that one single special specific difference in the cell.
